Refund Policy

At Sophora, we are committed to providing a high-quality, data-driven service. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and straightforward.

Subscription Plans

Payments for our monthly subscription plans (e.g., "Pro," "Business") are **non-refundable**. When you purchase or renew a subscription, you are paying for access to the service and the allotment of Monthly Credits for the entire upcoming billing period (one month).

If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will retain full access to all your plan's features and credits until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for any future billing cycles after the cancellation date.

Top-Up Credits

All purchases of "Top-Up" credits are considered final and are **non-refundable**. These credits are a consumable digital good. They do not expire and will remain on your account until they are used, even if you cancel a subscription.

Service Downtime or Issues

We strive for 100% uptime, but occasional technical issues may occur. In the rare event of significant service downtime or a major technical failure that prevents you from using the service, please contact our support. We will evaluate such cases on an individual basis and may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial service credit as compensation. We do not offer cash refunds for service interruptions.

Disputes

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first at support@sophora.app to resolve the issue. Initiating a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first may result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account.
